1839/6 N-1 R3+ Overdate 9 over 6 VG8. Very slightly sharper but there is a trace of microscopic roughness on the face. Otherwise very nice for the grade. Glossy light to medium chocolate brown with lighter steel brown toning on the devices. EDS, before the obverse die cracked. The overdate feature is obvious. A decent lower grade example of this popular "Redbook" variety.
