1838 N-1 R1 PCGS graded MS64 Brown, CAC Approved. Beautiful lustrous medium steel brown and light chocolate with traces of faded mint color remaining on both sides. The only defects, and they are microscopic, are some tiny planchet flakes at the dentil tips above the head (as struck), and a speck of darker toning in the dentils over the first S in STATES. MDS with small but clearly defined rim breaks under the 18 and at star 1 but before the rim cud formed at OF-A. Our grade is MS63.
