1827 N-6 R3 PCGS graded AU55. Frosty medium to dark steel and olive brown with traces of lighter steel brown in protected areas. Just a few tiny marks from choice. The notable ones are a thin diagonal nick on the jaw and a few ticks at the N in CENT. Nicely struck E-MDS. The die cracks on the obverse are light and the "I" imbedded in the leaves under IT in UNITED (the so-called "Cross-eyed Reverse") is clear. Our grade is EF45+. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 2 finer: 1 in 63, 1 in 65.
