Lot 659

1820 N-13 R1 Large Date PCGS graded MS64 Red & Brown. Lustrous mint red fading to light bluish steel brown with more than a third of each side showing mint color. Essentially a gem cent if not for a spot of very shallow carbon in the field between star 3 and the mouth. MDS, the usual Randall Hoard die state for this variety. Sharply struck and very attractive in spite of the single spot. Our grade is MS63. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 3; 4 finer, 3 in 65RB, 1 in 66RB.
Estimated Value $600-UP.

Realized $1,058
