1808 C-3 R1 VF25. Glossy medium chocolate brown and olive. Frosty flowline luster covers the fields and protected areas. A faint scratch in the leaves under T in CENT and another under that C are the only notable marks. M-LDS, Manley state 4.0, showing a "halo" effect around Ms. Liberty.
