1931-D. PCGS graded MS-65 Red. CAC Approved. A lovely Mint Red example in and old green PCGS holder. The color is rich and vibrant and the surfaces are free of any distracting bagmarks. There's a few trivial specks on the reverse. Scarce this nice. Pop 142; 39 finer with 37 in 66, 1 in 66+, 1 in 67. (PCGS # 2617) .
