Consists of: the rare original application form for purchasing the half dollars, same type as depicted on Page 8 of the Swiatek and Breen book, well conserved Extremely Fine; 5-slot mailing cards for the coins, Very Fine (2); original 08/13/1937 dated mailing envelope for the half dollars, Fine. A wonderful set of historical accessories for the half dollar, rarely offered and always missing from collections. There's no coin in this lot. Lot of 4 items.
