Consists of: rare original order forms for the half dollars, same type as depicted on Page 235 of the Swiatek and Breen book, New (1); a very interesting 1936 June to November 20-admission ticket holder for the expo with the owner's photo in it (1); mailing envelopes related to the issue, damaged to Good (3); hardboard coin holders, AG to Fine (7).
