College Football Greats. Signatures. In this lot of six signed Time Magazines, we are proud to offer the signatures of four of the greatest players and two of the greatest coaches in college football history. Glenn "Junior" Davis and Doc Blanchard have signed a 1945 Time Magazine; Dick Kazmaier signed and inscribed "To Arn - with my best wishes," a November 1951 issue; and Roger Staubach signed an October 1963 issue. Michigan State's Coach Duffy Dougherty's 1956 issue, inscribed "Cordially" and Alabama's Bear Bryant's 1980 issue round out the offerings. The Bryant signature has been retraced, presumably by a previous owner. The Dougherty cover has been professionally restored. There is wear and mailing label residue on both the Blanchard/Hanratty and Kazmaier covers. The mailing label is still present on the Staubach cover and it shows minor top edge wear. All of the signatures are bold and unaffected by wear, the conditions range from very good to fair.
