Drawn on Flynn's account at the California Bank and made payable to the American Federation of Radio Artists in the amount of $9.00. Punch cancelling and endorsement stamps on verso. Minor creasing at right, still in fine condition.
Flynn pays his dues to the Radio Artists union.
