Time Magazine and Politics, 1966-1969. Signatures. 46 Time Magazine covers featuring the images of some of the most important men of the era. The escalation of American involvement in Vietnam and the Paris Peace Talks, the 1968 election, the riots of 1968 and the continuing tensions across the globe are reflected in this lot. Mai Van Bo, Yasser Arafat, General Creighton Abrams and Premier Ky of Vietnam are featured signatures. Most of the covers retain their original mailing labels and a few show minor wear and mailing folds, but overall conditions range from good to fine.
Unfortunately the scarcity of some of the political signatures and the prevalence of autopen signatures makes it impossible for us to warrant this lot and we are unable to accept returns. We are encouraged by the fact that many foreign signatures are accompanied by documents or at least mailing materials from the country of origin.
