Lewis, Henry Ford II, Charles Wilson and presidents of DuPont, Chrysler, GM and American Express are just a few of the personages presented. The booming economy of the 1940s and 1950s and the economic crises of the 1970s are clear both in the number of business oriented covers in any given year and the headlines and captions presented with the portraits -- this lot is a record of the most dynamic economic period in the history of mankind. There is some minor wear on some of the older magazines and most of the magazines retain their original mailing labels. Conditions range from good to very good.
