Lawrence, Jacob (1917-2000) Painter whose works, primarily in gouache and tempera, vividly portray scenes from black life and history. His work "Migration" brought him worldwide acclaim.
Signatures. Lot of six pieces, featuring five matted and one unmatted signed color reproductions. The matted prints include "Cabaret," "The Library," "Strike," "The Migration (panel 40)" and "Another Patrol." The unmatted print is entitled "Tomb Stones." All of the items are in fine condition.
