German Painters & Architects. Group of five signed visiting cards from such German artists and architects as Louis Maurer, Carl von Piloty, portraitist Hans Thoma, architect Paul Wallot, and historical painter Eduard Grützner. Each card is inscribed but for the Maurer, which is simply signed and dated. Cards are lightly toned, the Thoma with a bit of foxing. Still, the group is in good to very good condition overall.
