Head of Athena facing right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive-leaves and a palmette. Rev. A?E, owl standing right, its head facing, an olive-sprig and crescent behind, all within an incuse square (Kroll 8; SNG Copenhagen 31). An excellent example with much of the crest visible, toned, nearly extremely fine. $ 2,200.
