Toned.Choice extremely fine (800)Russian-Jewish sculptor and medallist, Félix Rasumny was born in Sebastopol in 1870, but settled in France at an early age. He entered the Ecole des Arts décoratifs in Paris to study drawing and sculpting; then learned medal- engraving with Paulin Tasset.
