Carthage Gold Stater 350-320 BC, Diamond, High Karat & 14K Yellow Gold Pendant Necklace. The coin was struck by the Carthaginians in Sicily and North Africa; head of Tanit facing left wearing barley-wreath and necklace; reverse, free horse standing right, set in a high karat yellow gold bezel, decorated by 6 round full-cut diamonds, attached to a 14k yellow gold mesh link necklace, measuring approximately 6.50 mm in width, 17 inches in length, gross weight 46.40. Note: the coin is Extremely Fine and lustrous.
