Lot 405

Joyous, Celebratory Bronze and Marble Menorah. A remarkable and delightful bronze and marble menorah of dancing figures, unsigned but highly likely by acclaimed artist, Zachery Oxman. A similar piece by Oxman if featured during the holidays in the Obama White House. Beautifully rendered piece with dancers holding candle sockets aloft, each cast in bronze with exceptional command of movement. The figures have tab extensions to their feet that sit firmly (we've found a dapple of hot glue really stabilizes) in holes drilled into the marble base. Base measures 2" x 20" x 10" with the center figure meausuring the tallest at 9½" tall. Weighs 30 pounds due to marble base and in excellent condition. One of the most delightful menorahs we have ever seen. Buyer responsible for outside shipping.
Estimated Value $1,200 - 1,500.
The Arden Family Holdings of Beverly Hills.
