1975 ASTP FLOWN crew patch. Richly embroidered 4" FLOWN patch is highly detailed. Printed 2005 COA reads: "This is to certify that this Apollo Soyuz crew patch belonged to my husband, Deke Slayton, and was flown on that Mission in 1975 It was locked in his safe deposit box along with other space memorabilia. It is genuine in all respects/Signed Bobbie Slayton."
