Classic and elegant note featuring the lovely Queen Elizabeth II portrait on the right on the obverse side. Nearly impeccable margins on very crisp white paper. Two signatures on the bottom. Bold colors and strong embossing are noted. Bermuda petrel or cahow at center. Sailboats at left center, buildings at upper right on the reverse. Tuna fish as watermark. Excellent eye appeal and worthy of the gem status. Population of one with none graded finer according to PMG Population Report. PCGS 66 PPQ Gem New.
