Collection of great film and stage actresses all nominated for an Academy Award, but many offered here never being awarded that honor starting with the first and one of the greats of her generation, Barbara Stanwyck and nominated 4 times, a heartfelt hand written thank you letter for gown options for award events (JSA graded). Sharon Stone signed check (JSA graded), Melanie Griffith signed contract with ICM Agency (JSA graded), Joanne Woodward signed check as Joanne W. Newman, and the rest inscribed and signed notes Gloria Swanson, Lillian Gish, Jan Sterling, and finally the wonderful May Robson. All in excellent condition.
