(July 11, 1960); 2) Page signed ("Ted Kennedy"), 8½ x 6½ in., July 12, 1960; 3) Convention Directory, 8½ x 5½ in., soft cover, 112 pp.; 4) Hand Decorated "I'm For Kennedy" clip-on bow tie, red, white & blue, navy grosgrain ribbon, 7 x 5 in.; 5) July 1960 Convention commemorative medallion, 1½ in.; 6) 1960 convention button, 2 in., with a molded 1 in. decorative donkey and red, white & blue ribbon streamers attached; 7) 1960 convention button, 2 in. All items in very good condition. On July 13, 1960, the third day of the convention, John F. Kennedy narrowly won the Democratic nomination on the first ballot over Lyndon Johnson.
