Two Judean Oil lamps Late Samaritan. 1) Samaritan lamp with trench nozzle, ca. End of 3rd to the 5th century. A long pear shaped lamp. Measures: 8 X 6 cm. Cf. Alder Collection S.1. 2) Late Samaritan Oil Lamp ca. 6th - 7th Century. A long pear shaped lamp with a branch design on the nozzle and on the knob handle; filling hole, round. Choice condition with signs of ancient use. Cf. Alder S.6 Measures: 9 X 6 cm.
