Adams, Ansel. Cloud and Mountain. Print size 6" x 8". Mount size 10" x 12". Unsigned. Gelatin silver print. This vintage print is from the portfolio Parmelian Prints of the High Sierras [sic], 1927. This portfolio was an instrumental event in Adams' life as its successful publication gave him confidence that photography might provide a living and career.
Printed on Kodak Vitava Athena Grade "T" parchment paper with individual slip folders. Title is typeset on parchment recto, centered in margin beneath image, ½" from bottom edge. With COA from the Ansel Adams Gallery.
Print is corner mounted, size refers to parchment paper size.
