Ironside. Eavesdropping. Original contemporary oil on canvas of eavesdropping through closed doors, in this case by an 18th Century palace maid with the hint that a gentleman caller is on the other side of those doors given his tri-corner hat, gloves and walking stick was left on chair by the door. Canvas measures 36" x 24" quite elegantly framed to 52" x 38". Buyer responsible for shipping.
