1913. PCGS graded MS-64 PQ. CAC Approved. Boldly struck and frosty. This is a tough issue to find any finer, and gems are prohibitive for most collectors. For some reason the limited mintage of 1913 was not generally saved, and while obtainable in choice or lower grades, at the MS-64 grade and finer, this date and mint is a real challenge for collectors to locate. Here is one that offers high quality and is ever so close to the coveted gem level (PCGS # 9161) .
