1859. PCGS graded Proof 65. CAC Approved. Lovely golden toning with deeper blue peripheral accents. The fields and devices are all but free of any signs of contact and the eye appeal is exceptional for this early proof date. The mintage was modest, only 800 struck, and this is clearly one of the finest seen today. Pop 8; 2 finer in 67. (PCGS # 6413) .
