1854 N-28 R5- VF25. Glossy light chocolate brown and steel. Smooth and attractive for the grade. A tiny rim bruise right of star 9 is the only notable mark. MDS, die state b. The fine vertical die lines seen at the O & C in ONE CENT in the early state are gone.
