1852 N-20 R4 EF45+. Glossy steel brown and light chocolate with traces of slightly lighter reddish brown toning at star 1 and overtones of frosty sea-green on the reverse. The only mark is a small spot of lighter reddish steel toning hidden on the lower fold of the wreath ribbon. MDS, die state a, before any die cracks or rim cuds. The die lines from the dentils at star 13 to the date are dull but still visible. Removed from a PCGS slab graded AU53 (PCGS label #1898.53/3599844 included).
