Lot 441

1810 S-285 R2 Turban Head EF40. Sharpness AU50 but lightly cleaned and retoned. The toning is a bit darker than you like to see at this grade level and there are a half dozen small splashes of reddish toning on the reverse. Glossy medium steel and olive brown with light bluish steel overtones. Flowline luster covers the fields and protected areas on both sides. The notable marks are a spot of reddish chocolate toning over the O in ONE and another between the C & E in CENT, and both of these spots contain traces of microscopic roughness. M-LDS, Breen state III, with strong die clashmarks right of ONE CENT.
