1810 S-285 R2 Turban Head EF40+. Frosty medium chocolate brown and steel mottled with some lighter brown tones on the reverse. Satiny mint luster covers the protected areas on both sides. The only defects are a dull nick in the dentils at star 9, a very light rim bruise at the first A in AMERICA, a small planchet flake over the E in UNITED (as struck), and a trace of shallow verdigris nestled between the end of the wreath ribbon and the leaf above. E-MDS, Breen state II, with die clashmarks inside the wreath.
