1810/09 S-281 R1 Turban Head, Overdate 10 over 09 VF35. Sharpness EF40 but there is a small patch of microscopic scratches over the E in CENT and a spot of dark toning (not roughness) under the end of the wreath stem. Otherwise this cent is very attractive. Frosty medium reddish chocolate brown with traces of darker olive brown toning in protected areas on the reverse. Sharply struck MDS, Breen state III. There are die clashmarks inside the wreath. The overdate feature is strong.
