1795 S-78 R1 Plain Edge VG10. Clipped Planchet. Sharpness VF30 but covered with fine to moderate granularity. No marks or verdigris. Slightly glossy dark olive brown and steel. Nicely struck E-MDS with clashmarks but no swelling in the obverse fields. There is a relatively significant curved planchet clip reaching well inside the dentils before the portrait and at MER on the reverse. The date is bold and the legends are clear.
