1897 McKinley inaugural badge. The medal is in AU condition. Together with a top hanger and a broken ribbon. It is believed that about only 3,000 of these badges were struck, although there's no clear record to prove. These medals were highly demanded by the public, but the committee decided to issue only for members that performed duty during the celebration.
