1793 S-8 R3 Wreath Cent PCGS Genuine, Fine Details Tooled. Variety with a Vine & Bars Edge. Sharpness F12 but covered with fine to moderate porosity that was partially scraped away on the obverse while the reverse was mostly left untouched. The only "improvement" on the reverse was some light scraping under TATES and around AMERICA. No verdigris or other contact marks. The obverse is mostly medium chocolate brown with dark olive brown and steel in protected areas. The reverse is mostly dark olive brown and steel with lighter chocolate on the highpoints. The date and legends are complete and easily readable. Our grade is net G4.
