1899. NGC graded MS-66. A fully lustrous Gem with frosty surfaces and exceptional eye appeal. Pastel-rose highlights add to the overall yellow-golden appearance, and there are no mentionable marks on either side. Certainly a notable specimen. Pop 17; 3 finer in 67 (PCGS # 8742) .
