Lot 153
1808/7 C-2 R3 Overdate 8 over 7 VG10. Mostly glossy steel brown and chocolate with darker olive brown toning in protected areas. The surfaces are not perfectly smooth but they offer nice eye appeal for the grade. The only notable defects are a shallow, very dull contact mark on the throat and a tiny rim bruise under the 20 in the denominator. E-MDS, Manley state 2.0, with a fine die crack through the top of ERTY. The date and legends are complete and clear and the overdate feature is obvious.
