Head of Nicholas I r., initials B.A. on truncation / Minerva seated l., holding a wreath and a rod, ship at sea before her, its mast topped by the Imperial eagle. Instituted 12 Feb. 1830 for sea-captains and navigators who completed 12 years of service. Rich deep toffee-brown Condition: Uncirculated.
