Picasso, Pablo (1881-1973) Spanish painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, stage designer, poet and playwright. Two books signed: Softcover copy of Picasso Linocuts 1958-1963 by Donald H. Karshan (Tudor Publishing Company, New York, 1968) signed "Pablo Picasso" on the title page and inscribed and signed "dear Chas. Hi--P.P. happy Birthday!" on the inside cover, below which is a loving inscription from "Chas" to "Pat" gifting her with the book (2) hardcover copy of Picasso's Private Drawings. The Artist's Personal Collection of His Finest Drawings Including 117 Reproductions signed "Picasso" on the title page. A long inscription on the front inside cover has a page pasted over it, probably because of the personal nature of the inscription. Dustcover is worn and ragged.
Estimated Value $300 - 400.
