Historic image of Cleveland delivering the Inaugural Speech. Overall soiling and a few scattered stains. Accompanied by a decorative vignette engraving of Cleveland and Adeli E. Stevenson, black & white, 7½" x 10", Washington Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 1893. Matted with a 1" x 4" brass identification plate to an overall size of 24" x 20". Considering the age condition is very good.
