Roman. Intact Purple Glass Vessel, ca. 3rd - 5th Century AD. A wide funnel mouthed bottle with short pinched neck with a cylidrical body. It has a beautifully vivid rainbow coloring with a fair amount of opalized iridescence. Completely intact and free of repairs. Height: 5¼".
