Greenish Faience Ushabti, 30th Dynasty, ca. 380 - 343 BC. Green ushabti holding the hoe pick and seed- sack and wearing a braided beard and tripartite wig. Carved hieroglyphs down front. Mounted on custom base. Height: 4"; Length: 2 ½".
Estimated Value $300 - 400.
Ex private Swiss collection of S.O.S since 1972. This ushabti is said to have been collected in Saqqara, in the late 1940s.
