Having a Waltham 15 jewel manual movement #23712063, stem wind and set, Elgin Giant case #305849, the case opens from the front with a swing out movement, case measuring 45 mm in diameter, engraved floral edges, silver metal dial with black Arabic numeral markers, subsidiary seconds dial, both having black hands. Note: not in working condition, some damage to dial, back case engraved with initials.
