Rabbi Levin is remembered as the "Rabbi of the Prisoners" for his work in the pre-state period when he visited Jewish activists and members of the underground, jailed by the British. Pictures his hand clasping the hands of a prisoner, and the words "Devine deliverance will come in the wink of an eye." Proof-Like Brilliant Uncirculated.
