1892-CC. NGC graded MS-62. CAC Approved. Mostly untoned, and a much more elusive date from the early 1890s decade, the design features are frosty throughout. 1892 is the year the Pledge of Allegiance was written by Francis Bellamy (1855-1931) (PCGS # 7214) .
