1807. Draped Bust. Overton-102, R-2. PCGS graded VF-35. CAC Approved. PQ. Nice old time toning, there is a straight line from star 6 into the hair. This obverse (paired with one other reverse) has the serif of Y in LIBERTY higher than T. On the reverse, a leaf points to the extreme right base of I but does not touch it. Eagle's beak joined to star point. 1807 coinage production continued with the fillet head or as it is commonly known nowadays, the draped bust obverse, and heraldic reverse used in 1806. The estimated mintage of 301,076 coins was accomplished using 11 different die marriages or varieties (PCGS # 6079) .
