1783 Washington & Independence Halfpenny with Large Military Bust Breen-1203 VF30. Attractive glossy medium chocolate brown. Smooth surfaces, essentially free of marks except for a thin nick on the rim above the E in UNITED. Struck with the dies oriented head-to-head rather than the normal head-to-foot. Listed on page 79 in the "Redbook." Weight 112.7 grains.
