Claudius, 41-54 AD. AE As, Rome mint, struck c. 50-54 AD. Pleasing. Bare head of Claudius left. Reverse: Libertas standing frontal, head right, holding pileus in raised hand. RIC 113; C.47. Dark green patina. Some light smoothing, mostly in the obverse fields. Otherwise, sharply struck with choice portrait. Very Fine.
