When a sheet of notes get turned upside down prior to it receiving its overprint it creates the "Overprint on Back" error. These notes are frequently created when a sheet of notes gets inaccurately replaced after a physical examination for errors. It is not all that remarkable to find a small run of consecutive notes with this type of error as several sheets can often be removed for inspection at the same time. Gem Uncirculated.
