1898 Barber Half Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 67. One of the finest graded, in fact, PCGS has only graded 9 this high, with none graded higher. This one boasts deep smoky gray toning on both sides, with a blazing headlight of white on the back of Liberty's head. Similar on the reverse with deep toning around the edges, and frosty white at the center twenty percent of the coin. If you demand original coins with stunning toning, then be sure to view this lot and bid accordingly. A condition rarity that is unsurpassed.
